i'm using a template so i can input all my thoughts before i forget them. i will most likely make my own css later on.

i've been a fan of the powerpuff girls since i was practically a baby. i remember my dad would burn disks with the episodes on them straight from television, so i'd have to fast forward over the bumpers and ads that would now be considered nostalgic. i remember one episode on the disk was the amoeba ones, where the little robot amoeba were in the raindrops, eating everything.
the tv show isn't the only form of powerpuff media i indulged in. i was a fan of ppg fanmade videos on youtube, where the girls would battle against the ppnkg (powerpunk girls) and be helped by their male counterparts, the rowdyruff boys. i was consumed in these videos like it was crystal meth. i often discovered my music taste through the music that would play in the backgrounds of these videos. songs by the likes of sleeping with sirens, or paramore found their way into my heart. this was probably around 2012-2014 when i first started watching these videos.
i remember a certain memory of me sitting on the floor of my kitchen with my mom's camera, taking photos of my ipad screen displaying these videos because i didnt know how to screenhot, and later printing them out. i feel bad now because i must have wasted a lot of ink with my shiny stack of photos that i have no idea where are now. but it was a thought i could never really forget for some reason.
i also remember around 2019, i was still very involved with the ppg. i would roleplay online on roblox with other fans, making friends and assigning them different characters. i would always play as blossom, because she was my favorite, and still is. i remember having a roblox group with all the friends that would roleplay with me, keeping tabs on their characters and roles. it was a very fun timestamp in my life.
my toybox never had powerpuff toys, so i would draw the characters on sheets on paper, color them, then cut them out. i would listen to music and make stories along with the lyrics or elaborate battles between characters with the songs playing in the background. it was my own way of recreating the videos i watched online. RIP kyler u would've loved deviantart.
